About the Holy Order Universe

About the Holy Order Universe

Universe

- First and foremost, it is not the only universe. It is part of a multiverse.

- When it came into existance, it was a universe with no 'God' or deity.

- Each universe has its own Principle, a Universal basis (Order, Chaos, Science, Magic, etc)

- The Principle of this universe is 'Balance'.

Balance

- The harmony and unity of Order and Chaos.

   - Cannot destroy without creating; cannot create without destroying.

   - There is no concept of 'Good' or 'Evil'

-The last true act of Balance was the creation of The Rift as the universe was breached by the entity refered to as 'God'.

   - It is the last untainted source of the Cosmic energy known as 'Balance'.

   - It is molded and changed throughout time to become... Something more.

God

- A being which existed between universes, in The Void.

   - Like a parasite it infects universes and tried to assimilate within.

       - A universe will die/collapse into itself if not compatible or unable to make compatiable.

- Divides 'Balance' into halves.

   - Order/Chaos; Light/Dark; Good/Evil; Virtue/Sin

- Divides the Cosmic energy into Holy and Demonic energy.

   - Creates Holy embodiments and names them Angels.

   - Creates Demonic embodiments and names them Devils.

- Throughout time, God has created embodiments of Divinity.

   - Egyptian; Greek/Roman; Norse; Chinese; Etc.

      - Fueled/powered by the faith of their followers to esnure limited power granted their creator.

      - Not 'True' Divinity compared to their creator.

- Divides and corrupts the 'Afterlife'

- Creates an opposite of himself to harness Chaos/Darkness/Sin while he takes the role of Order/Light/Virtue.

- Takes role of 'God' in the Principle Religions.

   - Catholic/Christian; Judism; Muslim; Hindu; Etc

Afterlife

- Death is not 'The End' but merely the end of that cycle of life.

   - Transcend the physical plane.

- Collective consciousness; A 'Well of Souls', essential to renew 'Balance'.

   - Shared experiences with the whole while awaiting new form.

   - Reincarnation - Human/animal/non-human.

- 'God' asserts his will and power to bend and twist the 'Well'.

   - Divides into 'Paradise' and the 'Inferno' .

      - Sorts souls by experience - Sinner = Inferno / Saint = Paradise.

      - Uses said souls to fuel either Holy/Demonic energy until depleted then reincarnated.

   - Division unexpectingly creates 'Undead' race.
