The Age of Man is on the verge of the 23nd century. The world as a whole is closer now more than ever before thanks to the advancements in technology and medicine, which is making it increasingly difficult for those who wish to remain hidden to do so. Videos around the world have, since the 20th century, shown blurred and distorted images of the supernatural and unexplainable.

There have always been those who moved against the status quo, the creatures which went bump in the night. But they have always been met by the resistance of The Holy Order of the Seraphim and, more recently, collected and slaughtered by the hunters of LIBRA. But humans were not the only ones whom had innocent bystanders fall in what seemed like an eternal struggle between Light and Dark -mistakening assumed to be Good and Evil- and it was the deaths that caused a gathering to occur among those who were not quite human. Ferals and Undead, Demonics and Elementals, practitioners of the Dark Arts and more came together and formed the Diaboli, an organization created to protect their kind and keep their existance hidden.

But there are other factions still... Those cloaked in even more shadow than the afformentioned, and they wish to completely change the fate of the world. Can the Three Factions, enemies since time forgotten, stand as one against this threat? Or does one individual group have what it takes to save the world? Can one be sure they can even trust their own team mates? Only time will tell...
